One
of the harder tenses to master, we can use present perfect to talk about
actions that 1. began in the past and continue until today (example: I've lived
in Chicago for 10 years.) 2. unknown time frame. (example: I've been to China.)
or 3. repeated actions in the past (example: I've seen many good movies
lately). In order to form the present perfect, you need the helping verb have
or has and the past participal of the verb (the 3rd form).
